Flexible Spending Accounts |
We have 3 different types of flexible spending accounts: Flexible Spending Account: Allows you to withhold pre-tax dollars for eligible medical, dental and vision expenses. Limited Purpose Flexible Account: Allows you to withhold pre-tax dollars up to an annual limit for eligible dental and vision expenses. You must contribute to an HSA to have a Combination FSA. Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account: Allows you to withhold pre-tax dollars for child/elder care eligible expenses. PRUDENTIAL |
Company Paid Life and AD&D Toyoda Gosei provides Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage for it's employees at no cost. The Life Insurance is an amount up one and a half times your basic annual earnings rounded to the next higher $1,000. Disability insurance is also provided by Toyoda Gosei at no cost to the employee. Short-term disability is 66.7% of your salary for a maximum benefit period of 13 weeks. Long-term disability is 66.7% of your salary until you are no longer disabled or you reach normal retirement age. Voluntary Life: You may purchase voluntary life policies for you and your dependents. Other Benefits: There are other benefits available under Prudential, see the Prudential documents under "Helpful Documents" below. |

Quit4Life |
To encourage a healthier lifestyle, TG rewards Team Members who do not use tobacco by offering Medical/Rx coverage at a lower cost! For those TG Team Members who use tobacco products, you are eligible to enroll in the United Healthcare (UHC) Quit for Life tobacco cessation program! While enrollment in this program is voluntary, your Medical/Rx payroll contributions are tied to your successful completion of the program. Employee Assistance Program |
In order to assist team members in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, we provide a team member assistance service through Employee Assistance Services. These outpatient sessions a for the purpose of assessment, referral and short-term problem resolution for dealing with any of the following issues: dealing with stress, depression and other emotional issues, coping with divorce, family conflict and parent/child problems, addressing alcohol and/or drug use and abuse concerns, marital problems and relationship concerns or financial concerns. If you need to schedule an appointment, or have questions about the program, please contact your local HR rep. |
